As many of you will know, Wayne is from The Forest of Dean and cut his refereeing teeth around Gloucestershire and in fact attended Monmouth School before embarking on an incredible career as one of the top referees in World Rugby.

Wayne has done it all. Refereeing a record 111 Test matches, appearing at 5 Rugby World Cups with countless domestic and European finals, Wayne was awarded the ultimate accolade being chosen as the main the middle at the 2023 Rugby World Cup Final between New Zealand and South Africa.

Now enjoying retirement from his time with the whistle, Wayne has many amazing highlights to talk to us about which will make you appreciate the tough job that being in the middle is.

We will chat to Wayne about his career and then follow with an opportunity for the audience to get involved with a Q&A session.
